Information We Access
This app requests read-only access to your Gmail account using the Gmail API.

Email content is analyzed to detect phishing threats and malicious links.
Data Storage
We do NOT store, collect, or share your emails. All processing occurs locally on the device.

No email content is transmitted to external servers.
Data Protection
PhishGuard Enterprise uses industry-standard security measures to protect user data. All data accessed from the user’s Gmail account is transmitted securely using HTTPS encryption. User authentication is handled securely via Google OAuth 2.0, and the application does not collect or store user passwords. Email data is accessed in read-only mode and is processed only for phishing detection purposes. No sensitive user data is stored on external servers.
Additionally, the application may implement device-level protections such as preventing screen capture in sensitive screens to enhance user privacy. However, this depends on device capabilities and user settings.
Data Retention and Deletion
PhishGuard Enterprise does not store or retain any Gmail user data on external servers. Email content is processed temporarily in-memory for analysis and is not saved after the scanning process is completed. Users can revoke access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account settings, which immediately stops data access.
User Control
You may revoke Gmail access anytime via your Google Account permissions page.
